05-02: Introducing the Request Overview Page

Introducing a home page for all the steps and tasks associated with a request (renewals / purchase) where users may follow along the request, see progress, and view all completed, in progress, and upcoming steps.

The request overview page allows users to quickly understand, what a request is, track progress of the request, and stay informed throughout the entire process. Improvements to the user experience include:

• Progress At a Glance: Quickly get an idea of request progress through the progress bar.
• Enhanced Approval Visibility: Track the progress of each step involved in your request and see exactly easily see in a single place who has approved or rejected a request.
• Request Data Store: Single page to easily access all information related to a request. Including decisions, chats and all documents shared during the course of the request.
