The App Contracts page's Contract details section provides detailed information about the contracts for an application. The most recent contract will be automatically selected - to browse other contracts, select them from the top tab menu. To view expired contracts for the application, click “Expired Contracts”.
All of the information in this section comes from the contract uploaded to Productiv.
In addition to viewing detailed contract information, you can use this section to:
- Edit details about the contract
- View the audit history of the contract
- Change the renewal status of a contract
- Upload a related document
- Flag an issue
- End this contract
Change Contract Renewal Status
You can change the contract’s renewal status by clicking on the dropdown under “Renewal status”, or by clicking on the triple-dot menu in the upper right corner and selecting the “Change status” option.
A modal will open up that will guide you through changing the renewal status of the contract.
The contract renewal statuses are:
- None
- Reviewing
- Renewing
- Completed
- Auto-renewed
- Won’t renew
Note: Renewal status is for internal communications only. If you want to make changes in your contract you need to work with your vendor. For information on how to update contract information in Productiv, see Edit an uploaded contract.
Upload a related document
To upload a related document, click on the triple-dot menu in the upper-right corner and select “Upload a related document”. A modal will open that enables you to upload a related file. You can upload as many as 200 documents at a time. Once upload is complete, the document is listed in the App Contracts page Documents section.
Flag an issue
To flag an issue with the contract data document, click on the triple-dot menu in the upper-right corner and select “Flag an issue”.
A modal will appear that lets describe the issue. It also lets you annotate a screenshot of the page so you can indicate exactly where the issue is on the page.
When you're ready to send your issue, click “Send issue to support”.
Start renewal workflow
To start a renewal workflow for the contract click on the triple-dot menu in the upper-right corner and select “Start renewal workflow”. A modal will open up that will allow you to select which renewal workflow you want to start. Once you select the workflow, click “Start” at the bottom of the modal to kick off the workflow.
