Provide Users With Access To A Specific Set Of Apps

Ensure that a user never misses information about an app by setting up a functional contact. Do the following:

1. Load an app.
2. Click New/Edit app contacts.
3. Click Add Contact.
4. Select Functional from the drop-down menu.
5. Enter the user name along with the Productiv permission level.
6. Select the Provision use and subscribe to emails checkbox.
7. Click Save and Close.
