Seamlessly add, edit, and apply changes to contracts with Productiv's data entry feature.
You have the ability to add contract data from the Renewals page, App Contracts Page, and Settings. The Contract Data Entry tool specifically allows you to self enter data and attach associated PDF files.
Steps
1. Select Contracts on the left sidebar.
2. Click the New Contract button at the top right on the screen.
| Note: the New Contract button is also available for applications in the Contract section: search for the app > select the Contracts tab at the top > scroll down to Contract details > click the New Contract button. |

You can also manually add contracts from the Settings page: select Settings on the left sidebar of the Productiv account > click the Contracts field > select Manually enter contract info or upload contract documents. |
3. Under Enter contract data manually, click the Enter button.
4. From the top left, under App name, click into the field > enter and select the application name for which you want to add a contract.
| Note: If you accessed the New Contract button via the application-specific page and not from the Renewals page, the App Name will display automatically. |
5. Add the following:
- Contract details.
- Payment information (optional).
- Buyer and Supplier details.
- Line items for licenses information.
6. Click the Upload contract icon on the right side to upload a contract file.
7. Click Done at the top right when you're finished.
