10-26: Custom license tiers

Customers using App Center can now configure custom license tiers for end users to request in AppCenter.

Why?
Custom tiers give customers more control over their end user App Center experience. Admins can use custom tiers to model not only app license tiers, but user permissions, app instances, product packages, and anything else under an app that needs to be approved and fulfilled.

How?

• AppCenter admins can go into the AppCenter settings page, click “Manage app settings” for an application, then click the “Add tier” dropdown where there will be a button to add a custom license tier
• Admins can then setup the custom license tier with a name, description, approval settings and fulfillment settings
• After clicking save, the tier will then appear in the end user experience
