Customer can now configure the Jira integration node in renewal and purchase workflows, to pass dynamic data into the integration using smart fields. Smart fields lets users create templates that get resolved using actual customer data when the integration step is executed.
Following are examples of dynamic data that can be used in smart fields in a renewal workflow:
- App metadata (e.g. App name, Vendor name…)
- App contacts (e.g. App owner name, IT contact name…)
- App custom fields
- Renewal proposal (e.g. Start date, End date…)
Note: Currently smart fields are only available for the Jira integration.
