Admins now have the flexibility to remove the ‘Review Productiv Insights’ and ‘Review Renewal Proposal’ tasks from steps in the Software Renewal workflow.
This enhancement continues on our overarching objective of providing customers with greater flexibility. It removes barriers, empowering users to configure their desired processes seamlessly within Productiv workflows.
Updating tasks in a step
- Remove Tasks: To remove tasks, simply press the trash can icon next to any of the tasks.
- Reorder Tasks: To reorder tasks, you can grab the ‘reorder’ icon (seen below) and drag the task to the desired position.
- Add tasks back: If you ever decide that you would like to re-add the “Review Productiv insights” or “Review renewal proposal” tasks back into your step, they can be selected when clicking “Add Task.”
