Users can now configure their renewal workflows to continue after an Approval Step rejection. (No longer, does an Approval Step rejection automatically end the work flow).
Why?
- This feature allows users to customize workflows, so that when a step in the workflow is rejected, the workflow does not automatically end. Instead, users can define alternative steps or actions to continue the workflow in a way that best suits their needs.
- This feature addresses the limitation of renewal workflows, where all renewal workflows end as soon as an approval is rejected, even when other tasks or processes need to be completed after rejection.
How?
When adding an Approval Step, simply connect the ‘rejected’ output to the desired next step in the workflow.
