We're excited to announce a new update that simplifies the management of applications suites in Productiv Platform.
How does it work?
Apps in these suites are now grouped in the app list when present in your portfolio:
- Lucid Suite (incl. Lucidchart, Lucidspark)
- Adobe Suite (incl. Creative Cloud Apps)
- JetBrains Suite (incl. WebStorm, IntelliJ)
An enhanced suite table on the suite app page shows provisioned users and license counts for all apps in the suite.
For the three suites above, we also now support bundle licenses. When customers upload contracts with line items like "Lucid Suite" or "Creative Cloud All Apps", Productiv understands which apps these licenses grant users access to, and shows those licenses as part of your contracted capacity for these apps.
In the above example, a contract has 100 Lucid Suite licenses and an additional 15 Lucidspark licenses. Productiv understands that Lucid Suite includes both Lucidchart and Lucidspark and shows 100 available Lucidchart licenses and 115 total available Lucidspark licenses. Users can drill down to understand where all the licenses for a particular app are coming from.
This information is also available on the individual app pages, collecting all relevant contract information for the app to provide a complete overview of the licenses for an app or suite in a single place.
