06-12: Step Descriptions in Workflows

To reduce the training needed by users assigned to workflow steps, we have introduced the ability to add descriptions to each step in a workflow. Admins can now configure detailed instructions, providing clarity on the tasks they need to complete. These descriptions support Smart Fields, allowing for high levels of customization.

This new feature allows admins to give very specific, detailed instructions to their stakeholders assigned steps in a workflow, greatly reducing the need to train them prior to them using Produciv.

The step description feature enhances user experience by allowing admins to set up detailed instructions for each workflow step. Key improvements include:
