You can now tailor the title and description of all workflow tasks to provide additional context to end-users. You can even use smart fields in the task descriptions and add relevant links for each task.
Previously this was only supported for custom workflow tasks, not any of the other tasks that could be configured. With this new change we now support this behavior across all workflow tasks. This means you can now change the title and description for tasks like "Create renewal proposal", "Review form response", and all of the other tasks we support today.
How
- You can now edit any task title, description, or links in the workflow builder when configuring a workflow step.
- The customized task title and description will be shown when the end-user is completing their workflow step.
