What is Sidekick?
Sidekick is Productiv's AI assistant, Sidekick is here to help you harness the full power of your data and the Productiv platform, relieving your bandwidth and increasing your productivity. Just ask questions, get answers, and take action.
How do I use Sidekick?
Sidekick is available in Productiv Platform by clicking on the Sidekick button in the bottom right corner of the screen. This button opens the Sidekick sidebar. In the sidebar you can ask questions on select prompts to get quick answers. Sidekick users your Productiv data to find the right answers.
What can Sidekick do?
Sidekick answers questions about
- Applications, including their usage data and capabilities
- Your application portfolio, including sorting, filtering, and comparing applications
- Contracts, including renewal dates and contract amounts
- Vendors, teams, and more
And Sidekick can update things for you, such as labels, notes, and app contacts.

Who can use Sidekick?
Sidekick is available to all users of Productiv Platform and its answers use only information the active user has access to.
Is Sidekick free?
