Get an overview of your AI landscape
To get started, take a look at the 3 cards at the top of the screen, these will allow you to:
- Discover how many apps in your portfolio use AI
- Discover how many apps train on your data by default
- Track your progress by viewing how many apps with AI have been reviewed
View apps in detail
To view more detailed information about each AI-enabled app, take a look at the table. From here, you can see which apps have AI features, details about those features, and the app’s usage and access details.
Hover over each tag in the table to learn more about their training policies and AI functions.
You can also hover over the AI value proposition to read more and scroll the table to see more about the app’s usage and access.
Filters
Use filters to narrow down your list of apps or find specific apps.
Click the “Filter” button to open the filters. To apply a filter, select “+ Add Filter” and choose the property you'd like to filter by. When adding multiple filters, you can select if you’d like to group them by AND or OR logic.
To create more detailed views, you can combine AND and OR logic with filter groups. To start using filter groups, simply click “+ Add Filter Group” and choose the properties you’d like to filter by and the join logic.
To clear filters individually, click the X next to whichever filter you wish to remove. To clear all filters, simply click “Clear filters” and all the filters will be removed.
Review an app’s AI usage
When you are ready to start reviewing an app’s AI use of AI, click on the “Unreviewed” tag to open the review modal.
In the review modal, set the status to “In review” and add any notes that would be helpful. Click “Save” to save the status and notes.
To start conducting your review, take a look at the app in the table to review its AI functions and its access and usage data. Go to the app overview page to view more detailed usage information. To learn more about the app’s AI policies, visit their website.
Be sure to follow your company’s policy on AI usage when conducting this review and share the AI Visibility page with the necessary reviewers. To share the page, you can copy/paste the URL and send it to users with Productiv access or export the table as a CSV.
When you are finished with the review, click the “In review” tag to open the review modal again.
In the review modal, set the status to “Reviewed” and add any notes about your review and decision. Click “Save” to save the status and notes.
After finishing a review, can always click on the “Reviewed” status in the table to view the existing notes, add new notes, or update the review status.

Where does the AI data on this page come from?
Productiv’s AI model gathers data from various online sources. The data indicates default enterprise-level genAI policies and features, which may differ from your organization’s plan or configuration. Refer to the app's settings and contract to confirm the data training policies, functions, and features implemented for your organization. Productiv’s AI is continuously improving but may make mistakes. Learn more about Productiv’s AI powered features.
Who has access to this page?
All users at organizations with AI-powered features enabled have access to the AI Visibility page. View/edit access to specific features on the page respects existing user permissions. For example, Limited users will not see spend data and will not be able to click or change the AI review status. App-restricted users will not see full portfolio information and will only see apps they have access to. Limited Plus through Super Admins will be able to view/edit everything.

Could I update the AI data to reflect my actual implementation?
The data indicates default enterprise-level genAI policies and features. When you update the AI review status to indicate that you've reviewed the AI for an app, you should use the notes to provide additional context on how you implemented it. This allows you to get a clear summary of which apps have been reviewed with additional context added and which still need attention.
