Enhance user access management and streamline permissions with Productiv's role management capabilities.
- Control the permissions of users in Productiv via Okta groups.
- Create custom permission roles - which are a combination of an app-restricted permission role and a set of apps. This app restricted custom role can then be applied to multiple users to quickly give all those users app-restricted access to Productiv
- Custom roles can also be controlled via Okta groups like regular permission roles.
Why?
- Being able to set the user permissions via Okta gives the admins easy control to ensure that the users have the correct set of permissions when accessing Productiv.
- Custom role enable admins to easily assign app restricted permissions to multiple users.
