Users can now see all expenses across all apps and vendors in a single place and ensure they are associated to the correct applications.
- Expenses page: There is now a single page where users can see all expenses associated to all apps.
- Users can search through their data using keywords - allowing them to look for specific expenses. Useful when looking for specific expenses based on invoice number or merchant name or part of the description.
- The new expenses table also gives users the ability to view additional details as custom columns in the expenses table. This allows users to view whatever details they want across all their expenses all at once.
- Hidden Expenses Page: Now users can see all expenses tracked by their ERP system that are not associated to apps.
- This page gives visibility into all the data that Productiv has collected from the spend sources, but is currently hidden from the rest of the product.
- Customers can use this page to search for expenses that might be incorrectly hidden, based on keywords like invoice number etc and then create rules to map this data correctly.
- Spend Mapping Rules: New spend mapping rules give users the ability to map line item spend to applications in a scalable way.
- Rules can be created by using filter criteria on the merchant and description columns. Eg: IF description contains “OKTA” THEN assign app —> OKTA
- Rules can be created for moving expenses from one app to another, or for hiding expenses. Once a rule is created it applies to all past and future data.
