8-18: Support for multiple Public API Credentials

You can now manage multiple sets of API credentials for use with Productiv's public API in a self serve manner. Each set of credentials can be given a custom name as well as a custom set of scopes. Additionally. you can provide different levels of access to each integration by creating api credentials that are restricted by scopes.
