8-17: Groups Assignment for Renewal Workflows

Users may now assign renewal workflow steps to User Groups, making task assignment much easier, and reducing the risk of tasks being delayed or left unfinished due to a single individual's availability.

1. Users may create user groups by navigating to Settings -> Users -> then clicking "Add new group"
2. Once a group is created, they can choose to assign a workflow step to a group in the renewal workflow builder.
