Customer can now configure the Zendesk integration in renewal and purchase workflows, to pass dynamic data using smart fields. Smart fields lets users create templates that get resolved using actual customer data when the integration step is executed.
The added support for Smart fields makes the integration more flexible and easy to use. Users can easily customize the data that is forwarded into the Zendesk ticket from the context of the workflow in Productiv.
How?
- Add the Create Zendesk ticket step into any workflow.
- Select integration instance to see available integration configuration
- Use the “Add smart field” button to configure what data needs to be passed into the various fields
