Gain visibility into your organization's use of an app

Select an app to get deeper insight into how your organization is using that application. The Overview page opens to provide contact and other details about the app, as well as an overall status of engagement and provisioning for the app, with access to more details through additional related pages, including:

• Teams - learn which teams are using the app and how
• Features - learn which features employees are using in the app and how
• Meetings - Messages - Documents - learn how specific types of apps are being used
• Recommendation - learn how to improve your organization's licensing for the app
• Automation - create workflows to optimize license usage
• Contracts - prepare for renewals for the app
• Past spend - learn about spend for the app
• Network - learn about trends in network activity for this app
  

Select a tab at the top of the page to navigate to that page. Not all tabs will show for every app, depending on what data is available. When working with an app with multiple instances, some tabs may be unavailable at the individual instance level because the information is not tied to individual instances.
