Identify who uses overlapping applications

Determine which teams have the most activity or provisioned licenses on the Distribution by teams table on the Compare Apps page. Get a list of specific users to target app adoption or plan for app migration.

The table allows you to compare team usage for the selected apps, as well as either all apps or a selected segment.

• Team - indicates teams in your organization with app activity or provisioned licenses. Select the team name to open the Teams page for that team.
• App Engagement - indicates the number of active or provisioned users for that app by team. Select the number to open a list of users on that team using that app. The list of users can be downloaded as a .csv file.

Selected Overlap - indicates the number of active or provisioned users for the selected segment or overlap on the Overlapping users Venn diagram. Select the number to open a list of users in that segment. The list of overlap data can be downloaded as a .csv file.

Select Download overlap data as .csv to send the table data to a .csv file.
