Visualize how related apps have overlapping usage

Find out how much your organization is using the selected apps on the Overlapping users Venn diagram on the Compare Apps page. A diagram with a high amount of overlap means that the same people are using the apps in the comparison, while a diagram with more distinct shapes means that different populations are using the apps in the comparison. 

Select the Active or Provisioned links to switch the view between active users and provisioned users for this diagram and the Distribution by teams table. The Active vs. Provisioned diagrams may each tell a different story to help you understand how your organization can consolidate provisioning for these apps.

Compare changes in overlap for a different period of time by selecting 7 days, 30 days, 90 days or 180 days in the past. Select each period of time sequentially to watch how the overlap has changed over time.

The diagram shows how many active or provisioned users there are for each of the selected apps. Hover the mouse over different areas of the diagram to see the overlap. Click that segment of the chart to display those details in the Distribution by teams table, where you can access a list of users in that diagram segment.
