Track how overlapping app usage has changed

Track the number of active or provisioned users for the selected apps over time on the App footprint over time chart on the Compare Apps page to see the impact of IT education/adoption campaigns.

Each app shows as a line plotting the number of users either active or provisioned in that over the selected time period. The chart displays numbers for each app when hovering over it. Select the Active or Provisioned links to switch the view between active users and provisioned users for this chart.

View any annotations by selecting the annotation markers at the bottom of the chart. Application Admins and Productiv Super Admins can add a new annotation to the chart.

To see the activity or provisioning trend over a different time period, select 3 months, 6 months or 12 months.

To switch between the number of users and a percentage of provisioned users, select the Magnitude or %/Provisioned Users label.

Select Download trends as .csv to send data to a .csv file.
