Understand how application usage informs recommendations

The License tier usage popup displays the details for the license tiers for each application. The usage information is used to make suggestions for license upgrades and downgrades for the selected application.

Select the How is license tier usage defined? link on the Recommendation page to open the License tier usage popup.
