Learn more about engagement with meetings

Better understand the nature of meetings and how your organization is collaborating on the Meetings page for a video conferencing application.

Meeting feature use for an app is collected through its engagement connector.

To open the Meetings page, open the app you want to view, and select the Meetings tab.

The Meetings page shows the total number of meetings during the selected date/window of time, as well as visualizations to help you determine exactly how your company is meeting using this app.

Find out if your organization is primarily using the app for private one-on-one meetings, for small meetings or for large group meetings on the Meeting size chart.

Learn what kind of meetings your organization is having with the engagement pie charts and table. The External attendees chart shows what percentage of meetings are external-facing, which can be filtered by team for additional insights. Note that attendees who join by phone without logging in will be counted as an external user.

The other engagement charts show the percentage of users who performed those actions using the app.

The Engagement across meeting types table breaks down those app actions by size of meeting.

The Attendance activity charts explain the distribution of video and audio for each time an attendee was in a meeting.
