To set or restrict access to specific applications when adding users to the Productiv dashboard, follow the below steps.
Steps
1. Log into your Productiv account.
2. Select Settings.
3. Click the Users tab.
4. Click the Dashboard users tab > click the Add new dashboard user button.
5. In the email field, enter the email ID of the user.
6. Select the appropriate user type (including Limited User, Basic User, or Application Admin).
7. Select the "restrict to only..." checkbox > click the Choose apps link.
8. In the Search apps and categories field, search for and select the app/apps you'd like to give access to the user.
9. Select Done when you're finished.
