View matches and run workflow as needed

Run a workflow at any time to take action on users who match the rule criteria, whether the workflow acts directly on user licenses or makes suggestions for manual changes. This testing can build confidence in using the workflow to automate provisioning actions.

To run the workflow:

1. On the Automation page of the app, select View matches and run once.
2. The workflow rules will display under Provisioning results, where you can access the workflow results.
