Review users and outcomes for provisioning workflow rules

See results of provisioning actions and suggestions. The Batch details page is available for each rule after saving a list of users, after running the rule once, and after each scheduled run has started.

The Batch details page provides a summary report of every provisioning batch has run. To view the users included in a provisioning rule, select the Result in the Provisioning results table on the Provisioning page for that app.

The Batch details page includes details for any pending, completed, or failed actions, as well as the list of users who were matched or affected with suggestions and/or outcomes.

Select Download users as .csv to send the user and suggested action or completed outcome data to a .csv file.

Note that if the rule includes a wait time during which users can respond to a notification to not have their licenses changed, you can manually opt users on this list in or out of the provisioning action.
