Learn which features employees used in an app
Identify successful app users and those who may need more training by learning how users in your organization are engaging with this app on the first set of charts on the Features page for an application. The chart shows actions specific to the selected app.
By default, the charts show only engaged users, or those users with activity in the last 120 days. To show how inactive users change the action adoption percentages, select the Include inactive users link at the top of the page. To hide inactive users from the population, select the Ignore inactive users link.
The pie chart(s) show the percentage of users who performed the top actions for the app as compared to the selected user population. The chart shows details when hovering over each pie segment. Click a chart segment to open a list of users for that segment.
Investigate more details about how an app is being adopted in the user actions table below the chart.
For each action, the table shows the number of users who performed that action, the name of the action, and a pill chart showing the percentage of provisioned users who performed the action in the selected window of time. Click a chart segment to open a list of users for that segment to view or download the list of users.
