Get an overview of team sizes and app footprint
Understand app footprint and usage for teams so IT and team leads can sync on app needs and budgeting. Identify high-performing teams and users as models for training and engagement programs.
The Teams and Users page provides a directory to specific teams and users, with a comparison chart of team size and number of apps used. Access team and user specifics through either the chart or the table.
To open the Teams and Users page, select Teams from the left navigation list.
Viewing the Team size vs. apps for this team chart
Visualize the size of different teams in your organization with the number of apps that team uses on the Team size vs apps for this team chart on the Teams and Users page. The chart plots each team as a bubble. Teams with more users have larger bubbles. The vertical axis maps the number of apps used by the team, and the horizontal axis maps the number of users in the team. Teams closer to the top of the chart use more apps, while teams lower on the chart use fewer apps. The dynamic chart displays the number of users and the number of apps when hovering over it.
Select a bubble to open the Teams page for that team.
The ten biggest teams are shown by default. To change the team selection presented on the chart, select the Teams filter to select teams in your organization. Selected teams are highlighted.
To identify efforts that have made an impact or identify unusual changes in activity, compare team size and app footprint to past usage by selecting 3 months, 6 months, 12 months or 18 months ago (a historical comparison).
With a historical comparison selected, any change in usage for a team is color coded with a tail pointing up or down to show direction and amount of change in number of app usage.
Hide or show those color-coded segments by clicking the label above the chart:
- Positive changes - more usage
- Negative changes - less usage
- No change - team usage stayed the same
Viewing the Teams table
Compare teams based on number of users and number of apps on the Teams table on the Teams page.
For each team name, the table shows the number of users on that team and the number of apps with engaged users or unique logins.
The Team details table can be sorted by clicking any table column header.
Select a team name to open the Teams page for that team.
Select Download as .csv at the bottom of the table to send data to a .csv file.
