To increase the visibility and adoption of IT-approved apps in your environment, follow the below steps:
Steps
1. Select Apps on the left side panel of your Productiv instance.
2. Select the Filter button towards the top.
3. Select App status > is > approved.
4. Now, you can see the apps that are approved in your environment.
5. To share the list of approved apps, you can do either of these options:
- Share a link to the page
- Click the Share button at the right side of the screen on the Apps page.
- Click Copy link to share a link to the page.
- Download an image of the page
- Click the Share button at the right side of the screen.
- Under screenshot to capture, select Visible in browser to download the image of the screen that is currently visible on the screen or select Entire page to download an image displaying the full screen.
- Select Download image to download it to your computer > share the image with another user.
6. To change the status of an app, do the following:
- Go to the app on the Apps page.
- In the App status column, click into the status field corresponding to the application.
7. Select a status of your choosing.
8. In the field under App rationale, add a note of your preference.
9. Click Save changes when you're ready.
